摘　　要：现代国家的构建是一个民族-国家和民主-国家的双重构建过程。中国现代国家的构建具有特殊的历史逻辑:民族-国家与民主-国家发展的非均衡性,即先民族国家构建后民主国家构建。进入"后农业税时代"后,国家与乡村关系发生了转变,新一轮国家一体化及其对乡村社会的整合预示着国家民主化建设将达到一个新的历史高度。文章对近代以来中国乡村的政治发展进行回顾,并试图探讨中国政治发展的未来走向。The construction of the modem state and democracy-state. The process of modem is a dual constructive process of the nation-state state construction has its own historical logic： the non-balance in the construction of the modem state, that is, the process of construction of nationstate is before that of democracy-state. The paper reviews the history of rural politics development in China first, and tries to discuss future directions of politics development.
