摘 要:由于基因工程技术的发展和安全性研究的深入,以重组杆状病毒为主的重组昆虫病毒杀虫剂的应用正面临着突破。文章综述了通过修饰或删除昆虫病毒某些基因、插入控制宿主发育、代谢激素或酶的基因、删除、修饰昆虫病毒基因组中特定的基因以扩大宿主域、应用RNA干扰技术提高昆虫病毒杀虫效率等构建重组昆虫病毒杀虫剂的技术路线,展望重组病毒杀虫剂的发展趋势。Bioinsecticides developed from insect viruses are promising alternatives to chemical insecticides, but currently account for only a small part of the pesticide market due to their slow action and narrow host range. There are two broad strategies at present to improve the timing of the killing action: interference with host physiology and introduction of an insect-specific toxin. There is also the possibility to alter host range for baculoviruses by genetic engineering. Recombinant insect viruses are efficacious in the laboratory, greenhouse and field trials. Hopefully, the negative influence of social perception of genetically modified organisms on biotechnological research will gradually decrease and recombinant insect viruses will be introduced as an important biological factor in the near future.
