摘 要:介绍了作者研制的一台力、热、磁耦合装置的原理与结构,利用该设备可方便地研究温度和磁场联合作用下材料的塑性、超塑性行为.该设备的特点是:将具有一定温度和压力的高纯惰性气体导入由激磁线圈缠绕的炉内加热受力试样,实现了炉外加热和动态密封.前者可消除加热电阻丝对磁场的干扰,后者消除了加载拉杆与炉口的摩擦力,可在温度和磁场的协同作用下测量载荷及变形速率等对材料变形行为的影响.The principle and structure of a characteristic apparatus designed and made by authors were introduced, which coupled loading, heating and magnetic field, by using it the study of plasticity and superplasticity of materials under both effects of heating and magnetic field can be easily carried out. The peculiarity of the apparatus is that the deformed specimen in a furnace twined by exiting coil was heated and sealed by introducing an inert gas with high purity, certain temperature and certain pressure, which realized heating outside furnace and dynamic sealing. The former eliminated the interference of magnetic field produced by usually applied heating circular resistance wire on the magnetic field produced by exiting coil, and the latter removed the friction between loading bar and furnace mouse, which realized exact measurement of the effects of magnetic field, loading force and loading rate on deformation behavior of materials.
