摘　　要：电力通信工程后评估是工程管理这一闭环流程中的重要组成部分,做好工程的后评估对提高电力通信工程管理的规范性、实用性、科学性具有重要意义,其结论将可以用来指导规划、设计和工程实施。文章论述了电力通信工程后评估的重要意义,提出了评估原则及主要评估内容,介绍了组织实施流程及评估可采取的主要方法,重点介绍了一种加权分析的综合评价方法。The post-evaluation of electric power communication engineering is one of the most important parts in the process of project management. Its results can be the guidelines for the planning, design and complementation of future projects. This paper discusses the significance of post-evaluation, proposes the principles and contents, suggests its workflow and methods and emphatically introduces the method of integrated evaluation with different weighted coefficient.
