摘　　要：介绍了我国电信设备和电力特殊通信设备进网管理的内容、范围和受理机构等情况;论述了二者与其他各类质量管理认证及认可的区别和联系;重点对通信设备的进网管理、产品认证、体系认证、实验室认可等内容进行了分析;对有关企业充分了解我国相关政策、加强质量管理工作具有重要的参考价值。The paper introduces the communication equipment network-admittance management including its contents, ranges and agencies in telecommunication and electric power communication industries. It discusses differences and relations between them and among other kinds of qualification management system emphasizing on the network-admittance management, product certification, system certification and laboratory certification. It＇s helpful for enterprises to understand the policies and improve qualification man- agement capability.
