摘　　要：提出了裂解连杆的材料、毛坯及裂纹槽的加工方法,对分开面切开和分开面裂解的连杆机械加工工艺过程进行了分析比较。针对裂解连杆的核心工序所使用的裂解装置建立了力学模型,并对裂解过程进行了受力分析,得到了扩力比公式,绘制了不同摩擦条件下扩力比与下拉楔块楔角的关系曲线。It represents material, blank of fracture splitting connecting rod and the process method of start groove, and it makes comparison between dividing plane cut-off and dividing plane splitting with connecting rod mechanical process technology. It founds mechanical model with splitting device of splitting connecting rod process ,and it carries on mechanical analysis with splitting process, finds the formula of mechanical ratio, draws relation curve both mechanical ratio and wedge angle with different friction condition.
