摘  要:目的观察脊髓急性损伤早期患者血清一氧化氮(NO)、一氧化氮合成酶(NOS)、白细胞介素8(IL-8)和白细胞介素6(IL-6)的变化。方法76例脊髓急性损伤病人,根据Franked分类分完全截瘫(A)组和不完全截瘫(B、C和D)组,以32例健康体检人员作对照。入院24h内采血测定血清IL-8、IL-6、NO和NOS值。结果完全截瘫者和不完全截瘫者血清IL-8、IL-6均显著升高(P<0.05),而NO、NOS值均显著降低(P<0.05)。结论脊髓急性损伤早期IL-8、IL-6显著升高,NO、NOS显著降低,提示脊髓急性损伤早期IL-8、IL-6、NO和NOS参与了脊髓继发性损害。Objective To study the changes of serum nitric oxide(NO), nitric oxide synthase (NOS) ,interleukin-8(IL-8) and interleukin-6(IL-6) in the patients with acute spinal injnry(ASI) at early stage. Methods According to Franked criterion, seventy-six cases with ASI were classified into complete paraplegia group (A) and incomplete paraplegia groups (B, C and D). The healthy people were taken as the control group. Serum NO,NOS, IL-8 and IL-6 were detected. Results Serum IL-8 and IL-6 were increased and NO and NOS decreased significantly in the cases of groups A,B,C,and D (P〈0. 05). Conclusion In the patients with ASI at early stage, serum levels of IL-8 and IL-6 are increased and NO and NOS decreased either with complete paraplegia or with incomplete paraplegia, suggesting that NO, NOS, IL-8 and IL-6 may be involved in secondary injury of the spinal cord.
