摘  要:永磁同步电动机的漏磁因数对电动机中永磁材料的利用率、抗去磁能力和电动机的性能有较大的影响。对于永磁电动机不仅存在传统意义上的极间漏磁和端部漏磁,还包括齿顶漏磁,因此准确计算极槽数相近的电动机的漏磁因数非常重要。利用Ansoft软件对极槽数相近的电动机的磁场进行模拟,研究了齿顶漏磁的分布情况,总结出漏磁因数的计算方法。计算数值与试验值比较吻合。The leakage factor of permanent magnet synchronous motors (PMSM) has bigger influence on the magnetic materials utilization ratio and the performance of the machines. For PM motors with adjacent number of poles and slots, not only exists traditional magnet-magnet leakage and brow leakage, but also exists the zigzag leakage. So how to calculate leakage factors of PMSM with adjacent number of poles and slots precisely is very important. Ansoft is used to simulate the magnetic field of PMSM with adjacent number of poles and slots, and research the distribution of zigzag leakage flux. This essay summarizes the calculation method of leakage factor of PMSM with adjacent number of poles and slots, the values calculated through this method are agreed well with the measured values.
