摘 要:长芒草锈病是陇东典型草原的主要病害,本试验对不同发病程度长芒草株高、地上生物量及品质进行了测定。结果表明,株高、生物量及植株体内叶绿素、氨基酸、蛋白质和可溶性糖随病害加重其数量下降;严重度为4级时,病株较健株矮化13.15%、生物量下降13.52%,并且氨基酸等4种成分的含量均不到健株的50%,表明锈病对长芒草生物量和品质均有显著影响。本结果为评价锈病对禾本科牧草产量和品质的影响提供了依据。Rust of Stipa bungeana, caused by Uredo sp, , is the main disease in the steppe region of Gansu east. In this study, the height, grass biomass and quality of S. bungeana with different disease grades were measured. The amount of chlorophyll, amino acid, protein and soluble glucoside decreased as disease increased. When the disease grade was 4, the height and grass biomass decreased by 13.15% and 13.52%, respeetively. Furthermore, plants with disease grade 4 were less than 50% of the healthy plants, which demonstrates that Uredo sp. affects productivity and quality of S. bungeana. The results offered evidence for estimating the effects of the rust on the productivity and quality of gramineous forage.
