摘 要:研究高分子重金属絮凝剂交联淀粉-接枝丙烯酰胺-共聚黄原酸钠(CSAX)的除铜、除浊性能及其影响因素,并与不溶性淀粉丙烯酰胺接枝共聚物(ISA)、不溶性淀粉黄原酸钠(ISX)两种水处理剂进行了比较,结果表明:(1)CSAX兼具ISA和ISX的优点,具有很好的除铜、除浊性能;(2)该絮凝剂对铜的去除具有一定的化学计量关系;(3)pH值对Cu2+的去除有一定的影响,在pH2.0—5.0时,相同投药量下,pH值愈高,Cu2+的去除率愈高;(4)Na+,Mg2+和Ca2+对Cu2+的去除有一定的促进作用;Fe3+在pH值较低时会抑制Cu2+的去除,pH值高时会促进Cu2+的去除;(5)致浊物质的存在可以促进Cu2+的去除.The performance of macromolecule flocculant crosslinked starch-graft-polyacrylamide-co-sodium xanthate(CSAX) for removing Cu^2+ and turbidity was introduced.And several factors which affect the removal rate of Cu^2+ were also studied.The result of experiment showed that :(1)CSAX has the advantage of insoluble starch-graft-polyacrylamide(ISA)and the advantage of insoluble starch xanthate(ISX),that is,it has a good performance of not only trapping Cu^2+ and but also removing turbidity;(2) there is a stoichiometric relationship between CSAX and copper;(3) pH value has the effect on the removal rate of Cu^2+ to some extent.When pH value is between 2.0 and 5.0,the higher the pH value is,the better the Cu^2+ removal is;(4)Na^+,Mg^2+ and Ca^2+ that coexist with Cu^2+ can promote the removal rate of Cu^2+.But if the water sample contains Fe^3+,the removal rate will be decreased by Fe^3+ when pH value is low and it will be increased by Fe^3+ when pH value is high;(5) when Cu^2+ and turbidity-causing substance coexist in water sample,turbidity-causing substance can promote the removal of Cu^2+.
