反相高效液相色谱法测定龙荟丸中栀子甙的含量

摘　　要：应用反相高效液相色谱法对中成药龙荟丸中有效成分栀子甙进行含量测定。采用超声波振荡法提取龙荟丸，过滤净化。色谱柱：AlltimaC_18（4．6×150mm）．流动相：水—乙腈（45：5）。流速：1ml／min。检测波长：240nm。外标峰面积法测定计算。样品加样回收率为97.0％，相对标准偏差RSD为0．54％。The determinati0n of active c0mp0nent garden0side in traditiman Chinese patentmedicine Longhui Pills has been carried 0ut by reversed-HPLC' The meth0d is as f0llows:using ultras0nic shake method to extract L0nghui Pills and filter and c1ean the extract. Allti-ma C,' (4' 6 X 15Omm) of chromatocolumn, water-acet0nitri1e (45: 5) 0f mobile phase, 1mt/min of flow rate,detection wavelength at 245mm,determining and calculating by externalstandard peak area method with 97' 0% and O. 54% of rec0very 0f added samp1e and RSDvalues, respectively.
