抗分枝杆菌纯蛋白衍生物抗体特征的研究

摘　　要：目的调查不同人群血清抗10种分枝杆菌纯蛋白衍生物(PPD)抗体的特征。方法采用ABC-ELISA法检测结核患者、健康体检者与OT阴性、强阳性新兵血清抗10种PPD抗体水平。结果结核患者血清抗BCG和抗胞内分枝杆菌PPD抗体水平显著高于抗人型结核菌PPD抗体水平(P<0.01);OT强阳性新兵血清抗非结核分枝杆菌PPD抗体水平显著高于OT阴性新兵和健康查体者(P<0.01)。结论个体环境分枝杆菌接触史对结核患者体液免疫应答有重要影响。胞内PPD和BCG-PPD可用于结核病血清学诊断。Objective To investigate the characteristics of serum antibody to purified protein derivative（PPD-IgG） of 11 strains of mycobacteria. Method The antibody levels to 10 kinds of PPD in the serum from patients with tuberculosis, healthy adults, OT - negative and OT- strong positive recruits were measured by ABC- ELISA. Results The antibody level to the PPD from BCG and Mycobacterium. intracellulare in the serum of the patients with tuberculosis was significantly higher than that to the PPD from Mycobacterium tuberculosis （ P 〈 0.01 ）. The titer of serum antibody to the PPD from non - tuberculosis mycobacteria in OT - strong positive recruits was significantly higher, than that in OT- negative recruits or healthy adults （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusions The exposure history of host to the non - tuberculosis mycobacteria will produce an important influence on the humoral immune response in patients with tuberculosis.
