摘　　要：目的:研究军队医院院长对所从事职业的态度。方法:通过问卷调查的形式对105名军队医院院长进行了调查,并对调查结果进行了统计学分析。结果:有60.9%的院长愿意从事临床和科教的工作,而且医院的级别越低,院长每周从事原学专业有关工作的构成比就越高,另有9.5%和4.8%分别倾向于经商和其它工作,只有24.8%的院长倾向于做机关行政工作。结论:我军目前施行的行政干部的选拔和任用制度有待进一步完善。Objective： To determine the hospital deans＇attitudes to their professions. Methods： 105 deans were surveyed in the form of questionnaires and the responses were analyzed with the statistic method. Results： 60.9% of the deans were ready to do clinical work and research-and-teaching work; the lower-grade-hospital deans devoted more time to their original work; 9.5% and 4.8% were respectively ready to merchandise or engage other careers; only 24.8% of the deans prefered to work in administrative agencies. Conclusion：The current military personnel system by which administrative leaders are chose and appointed needs further improving.
