摘　　要：教育产业化加剧了大学生犯罪问题,给高校教育带来了很大的难题。我们应该从加强大学生道德教育、改革大学生法制教育体制、建立相应的贫困生救济制度等几个方面着手,提高大学生道德和法律素质,弱化教育产业化给高校教育带来的弊端,构建和谐校园,实现培养目标。Industrialization of Education strengthens college students＇ crimes as well as brings a challenge to universities and colleges. In order to improve college students＇ moral and law qualities, weaken the disadvantages of industrialization of education, build up harmonious campus and achieve educational aim, the following measures should be adopted from reforming the law system education for college students to establish the system of helping the poor students and so on.
