摘　　要：目的探讨脂质体介导的bFGF基因在前庭上皮支持细胞中的表达情况及生物学作用。方法利用脂质体将携带绿色荧光蛋白的bFGF基因质粒导入前庭上皮细胞内,利用绿色荧光蛋白的表达以及RT-PCR技术检测基因的表达,并利用免疫组织化学等形态学技术手段观察其生物学作用。结果脂质体介导的bFGF基因在细胞内表达良好,转染成功的细胞形态发生明显变化,但MyosinⅦa表达阴性。结论脂质体介导的bFGF基因可以在前庭上皮细胞内获得良好表达,并促使细胞形态向毛细胞转化。[Objective] To explore the expression and biological effects of bFGF gene introduced into vestibule epithelial cell, [Methods] The bFGF-EGFP gene was introduced into the cells by Lipfectamine 2000. RT-PCR was used to detect the expression of the bFGF gene and the biological effects were observed with immunohistochemistry, [Results] The epithelial ceils＇ shape changed with the well expression of the bFGF gene. However, Myosin Ⅶa was not detected in the ceils. [Conclusion] bFGF gene expressed well in the epithelial cells introduced by Lipfectamine 2000, and can induce the ceils into hair cell in appearance.
