摘  要:通过活性碳纤维(ACF)处理柱来分离混合二元酸(DBA)中有色物质,然后重结晶提纯分离戊二酸.研究系统分析了吸附剂用量、温度、流速以及可再生性能对吸附效果的影响,并确定了最佳工艺参数.结果表明,采用活性碳纤维吸附能很好地去除混合二元酸中的有色物质,最后分离提纯得到质量分数为99%的戊二酸,收率可达到80.5%;确定最佳工艺条件:温度为35℃,流速为48 mL/h,活性碳用量为1 g,用于再生蒸汽温度为200℃,再生时间为10 min.Activated carbon fiber(ACF) was used to purified glutaric acid from the mixture of binary acids (DBA), and by recrystallization the end production glutaric acid was purified. The effect factors of the adsorption including the concertration of the adsorbent,temperature,velocity of flow and the efficiency of the regeneration had been considered systematically,and the best parameters were determined. The further research showed that ACF could adsorb colored complex from DBA commendably, and glutaric acid was accessed with the concentration of 99 % and the recovery of 80.5 %. The best parameters were following: temperature 35 ℃, velocity 48 mL/h, ACF dosage 1 g, regeneration steam tempeture 200 ℃, regeneration time 10 min.
