中小城市可持续发展能力测度方法研究

摘　　要：采用基于城市环境容载力的可持续度评价模型,以许昌市为中小城市代表进行可持续发展能力分析.建立了以环保模范城考核指标为主的指标体系,分别对2002年(过去)、2005年(现在)、2008年(目标年)的城市环境容载力优势度、潜力度、饱和度、协调发展度进行测度,结果表明,许昌市可持续发展类型为可持续.Based on the urban environmental capacity of sustainable evaluation model, Xuchang city of representatives of small and medium-sized cities sustainable development capacity analysis. Environmental protection model city to establish a target-based assessment system indicators were right in 2002 （past）, 2005 （now）, 2008 （target） , a city environmental capacity of dominance, potential, saturation, conducted coordinated development measure, the results showed that the sustainable development types of Xuchang city is sustainable.
