正交试验法优化狗脊膨化炮制工艺的研究

摘　　要：目的:优化选择膨化炮制狗脊的最佳工艺。方法:以小鼠扭体抑制率为指标,用正交试验法对膨化法炮制狗脊的工艺进行研究。结果:膨化气压2.0kg/cm2时,保温时间5min,狗脊的镇痛作用最强。结论:筛选的膨化炮制工艺,能确保狗脊的药效。Objective：To optimize the condition of the expansion processing of Rhizoma Cibotii The expansion processing of Rhizoma Cibotii was studied by orthogonal test with inhibition rate of body twist test in mice as index. Results：Analgestic action of Rhizoma Cibotii was the strongest under the expansion processing pressure of 2.0kg/cm^2 and time of 5min. Conclusion：The selected condition of expansion processing can guarantee the pharmacological effects of Rhizoma Ciboii.
