复合固定相色谱离析靛玉红肟与合成前体靛玉红的应用

摘  要:目的:从靛玉红肟合成粗品中离除靛玉红、靛蓝等杂质,探讨靛玉红肟衍生物晶体的获得实验方法,为实验室以靛玉红为前体合成高效、低毒的靛玉红肟衍生物奠定基础。方法:筛选色谱分离系统,从靛玉红肟粗品混合物中分离出靛玉红肟、靛玉红、靛蓝等成分,重结晶得到靛玉红肟、靛玉红晶体。结果:采用氧化铝-硅胶复合固定相色谱,实现对靛玉红肟混合物中目标成分的离析。结论:实验采用氧化铝-硅胶复合固定相色谱离析能够实现靛玉红、靛蓝等的离除,为进一步探讨靛玉红肟衍生物晶体的结构及其构效关系打下了前期的工作基础。Objective:To study the preparation method so as to lay foundation for synthesizing efficient and low toxic indirubin palate derivatives in laboratory. Methods:Selection of chromatography system was carried out firstly,then indirubin palate, indirubin and indigo were separated from indirubin palate rough product, and finally indirubin palate crystal and indigo crystal were obtained by recrystallization. Results :The object ingredients were chromatographically isolated from indirubin palate mixture by compound stationary phase of alumina-silica gel. Conclusion: Indirubin and indigo could be effectively segregated chromatography making of alumina-silica gel,which laid good fpundation between structure and property of indirubin palate derivatives. using compound stationary phase for further studying the correlation
