摘  要:测试了含钨高铬耐磨铸铁经不同工艺亚临界处理后的硬度,探讨了含钨高铬耐磨铸铁亚临界处理工艺。结果表明,含钨高铬耐磨铸铁在适当的亚临界处理过程中会出现二次硬化,经570℃×5h处理后可获得较高的硬度。The hardness of high chromium and tungsten-containing wear resistant cast iron subjected to different sub-critical treating process was measured. The sub-critical treatment process for this cast iron was discussed. The results revealed that the secondary hardening of high chromium and tungsten-containing wear resistant cast iron occur during its suitable sub-critical treatment, and its higher hardness would be obtained after treating at 570℃ for 5h.
