摘　　要：全面介绍了一种新的金属表面改性技术,即盐浴铁素体氮碳共渗的工艺过程及其控制要点,渗氮温度和渗氮时间等工艺参数的确定,盐浴中CNO^-和CN^-含量的控制,盐浴的维护,工件的预先热处理以及渗氮质量的检验,并结合生产实际作了说明。In relation to salt bath ferritic nitrocarburizing, a new surface modification technology, such problems as technological processes and their control, determination of nitrocarburizing temperature and duration and other parameters, control of CNO^- and CN^- contents in the salt bath, maintenance of the salt bath, conditioning heat treatment for workpieces and examination of nitrocarburizing bath ferritic nitrocarburizing was explained in association quality, were all-sidedly described. I addition, the salt with actual production.
