摘　　要：随着原油加工品种的不断增加,为满足沥青产品质量升级的要求,济南分公司利用原油分输分炼的有利时机,不断进行丙烷脱沥青装置生产方案的摸索,从原料的调整、操作参数的摸索、沥青调合组分的确定等各个方面进行了全面探索,最终确定生产交通部标准90号B道路沥青的生产方案,并试生产90号B道路沥青取得成功。Along with the unceasing increase of processing species of crude oil, in order to meet the requirements for quality upgrade of asphalt product, Jinan Branch explored the production schemes of SDA equipment unceasingly by fully using of the favorable opportunity of separate distribution and refine of crude oil, which include the adjustment of raw materials, the exploration of operation index, the components of asphalt concoction, etc. Finally, the production scheme of standard No. 90 B road asphalt prescribed by Ministry of Transportation and Communication was confirmed. The test production of No. 90 B road asphalt had been successful.
