摘 要:高孔高渗储层由于孔喉粗大,孔径分布范围广,富含敏感性矿物,在作业过程中易受到损害。从分析高孔高渗储层地质特征入手,结合室内模拟实验,研究了高孔高渗储层损害机理。结果表明其损害机理主要为固相侵入、聚合物的吸附滞留以及与液相侵入相关的损害。优选出了无固相弱凝胶钻井液和破胶完井液为开发高孔高渗储层的体系。在南海M油田6口井的试验结果表明,该无固相钻井完井液性能稳定,具有较强的抗温抗盐能力和抗机械降解能力,抑制性好,滤失量较小,钻井速度快,有利于高孔高渗储层的安全钻进,并具有良好的储层保护效果。High porosity and high permeability reservoirs are frequently damaged because of big throat diameters,wide size distribution of pores and enriched sensitive minerals presented in reservoir formations.Laboratory studies showed that the major factors contributing to the impairment of reservoir permeabilities during drilling are solids invasion,the retention and adsorption of polymer molecules and the invasion of liquids.A solids free low gel strength drilling fluid and a completion fluid with broken gel were selected for the development of high porosity high permeability reservoirs.Filed application showed that using the drilling fluid,higher ROP,inhibitive capacity and low fluid loss can be achieved.Using the completion fluid,the permeability of the target zones was protected against the impairment mentioned above.
