摘 要:渤深6潜山为二台阶潜山,压力系数为1.18,地层温度高达180℃,属于孔隙-裂缝性油藏,潜在储层损害因素主要为应力敏感性和固相侵入。推荐选用欠平衡钻井工艺,而且钻井液要有好的抑制性和抗高温稳定性。针对该储层特征,在现场调研和处理剂配伍性实验研究的基础上,通过评价配方的油层保护性能,优选出了用自行研制的抗高温聚合物TV-1作增黏剂的无固相抗高温复合盐水钻井液,并在渤深6-1及渤深6-4井进行了应用。结果表明,该钻井液具有良好的抗温性及油层保护效果,且性能稳定,现场应用简单,易于维护,且携岩性能好,井眼净化能力强,完全满足渤深6区块低压高温油层对钻井液的要求。Boshen-6 burial hill is a two-stile one with a pressure coefficient of 1.18 and the highest formation pressure of 180 ℃.Pores and fractures were highly developed in the reservoirs in this area.Stress sensitivity and solids invasion are two factors in formation damage.Under balanced drilling with drilling fluids having high inhibitive capacity and temperature stability was recommended.A solids-free high temperature salt water drilling fluid was developed using a high temperature polymer,TV-1,was used in wells Boshen 6-1 and Boshen 6-4.Field application showed that using this mud,gauged holes were obtained and good hole cleaning was achieved because of the carrying capacity of the mud.
