摘　　要：研制出一种速溶固体注水泥前置液外加剂ZQY-1。该剂的增黏组分用一种特殊材料包裹起来形成"缓释微胶囊"颗粒,使其在加入水中后不会聚集成团状,10min后就分散在水中并最终形成均匀液体,解决了前置液现场配制困难的问题。介绍了用该剂配制冲洗液及加重隔离液的方法,并对性能进行了评价。ZQY-1冲洗液与钻井液和水泥浆的相容性好,冲洗效率高,加重隔离液的稳定性能好。用外加剂ZQY-1配制成的冲洗液和加重隔离液在现场应用6井次,均获得成功。A new instant solid additive for prepad fluids,ZQY-1,was developed.The ingredient of ZQY-1 for viscosity enhancing is a wrapped particles which,when added into water,can gradually release the wrapped particles into the water and viscosify water,without forming aggregates in water that are very difficult to dissolve.This material will dissolve 10 minutes after addition into water,and form a homogeneous liquid.The use of ZQY-1 in flush fluids and weighted spacers,and the evaluation of the it were introduced in this article.High performance flush fluids prepared with ZQY-1 had good compatibility with drilling fluids and cementing slurries,and weighted spacers containing ZQY-1 had better stability compared with conventional spacers.Flush fluids and weighted spacers prepared with ZQY-1 have been used 6 times and were all successful.
