摘  要:川东北地区地质条件复杂,断层多,存在多压力系统,同一口井易出现塌、漏、涌、卡等异常情况,而且该地区气层活跃,经常钻遇气层当量密度大于2.00g/cm3的高压气层,固井质量难以保证。针对川东北地区地质特点,分析了该地区高压气井固井过程中发生气窜的原因,提出了防窜对策。指出固井工程是一个系统工程,从钻井到完井的每一个环节无不影响着固井质量的提高,必须从钻井施工全面考虑才能从根本上解决目前的固井难题。Formation geology in northeast Sichuan is very complicated.Troubles encountered in this area included multiple faults,multiple pressure system in which well bore collapse,mud losses,well kick and pipe sticking can be found in one well.Active gas zones in this area required a mud weight of higher than 2.00 g/cm3,and poor cementing job quality were not rare.Measures for preventing gas channeling were planned based the analysis of the geological characteristics of the formations penetrated.As a system engineering,factors such as parameters used in drilling and completion all played a great role in cementing job,and comprehensive measures should be taken in successful cementing jobs.
