摘　　要：应用电脑多媒体技术将组织显微图像输入计算机,建立网上考试系统,以取代传统显微镜下的实验考试,避免了因切片制作困难等因素所造成的种种弊病,使考试更符合教学大纲的要求,更准确地反映学生的实际水平,更能体现考试的公平性。运用多媒体技术进行显微图像网上考试,使学生在实验课上观察组织器官内微细结构的自觉性明显增强,学习成绩明显提高。With the help of computer multimedia technology, tissue micrograph can be input to computer, a computer-assisted examination via network system has been developed in order to replace the laboratorial examination using traditional microscope. This system can avoid a lot of troubles, such as the difficulty of preparing tissue slice. The examination system can be more up to the requirement of didactical compendium; more exactly to show the actual laboratorial capability of the students; more fair to every examinee. Computer-assisted examination of micrograph via network using multimedia technology can significantly push students to observe microstructure of tissue consciously. This can obviously improve students＇ achievement at the same time.
