高校服务地方经济社会发展的探索与实践--以中南大学科教兴湘行动为例

摘　　要：高校如何有效地为地方发展服务,是目前我国政府和高等学校关注的焦点。中南大学实施的科教兴湘行动从顶层设计、组织实施方面对高校服务地方发展工作进行了有益的探索。学校从规划层面对接湖南省经济社会发展需求与学校的综合优势,通过分解服务任务、搭建合作平台、创新体制机制等措施打造有利于高校服务地方的内外部环境,以服务为宗旨,在贡献中发展,实现了大学与地方发展的双赢。How HEIs serve local development more effectively is the focus of the Chinese government and universities. The action to reinvigorate Hunan through science and education implemented by Central South University (CSU) made some useful exploration into the service of universities to region from top design and arrangements. CSU links the demands of economic and social development in Hunan province and the comprehensive priorities of CSU via strategic planning, builds an internal and external environment helpful for the university to serve locality through assigning service tasks, creating cooperation platforms, innovating the policy system, takes the service as an objective, develops in contribution, and gets a win-win situation.
