糖耐量异常或2型糖尿病患者血清选择素E影响因素探讨

摘　　要：目的研究在糖耐量异常(IGT)或2型糖尿病(2DM)中影响血清可溶性选择素E浓度的因素。方法用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定30例正常健康人、38例IGT者和47例新诊断2DM患者的血清可溶性选择素E的浓度。结果IGE组及2DM组与对照组相比血清选择素E明显升高(P<0.01)。2DM组的血清选择素E的浓度也显著高于IGT组(P<0.01)。线性相关分析显示,选择素E与体质指数、腰臀比、空腹血糖、三酰甘油(TG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、胰岛素抵抗指数自然对数值呈正相关,与HDL-C呈负相关。结论2DM患者、IGT患者血清可溶性选择素E浓度上升,其浓度改变与高血糖、胰岛素抵抗和肥胖密切相关。Objective To investigate the factors thai influence the plasma concentrations of soluble E - selectin （sE） in patients with impaired glucose tolerance（1GT） or type 2 diabetes Methods（2DM）. Methods TWe evaluated the plasma concentrations of soluble E - selectin in three different groups： 30 normal cotrols; 38 subjects with 1GT; 47 patients with DM, Results TThe levels of E - selectin were higher in DM （ group C） compared with the other groups. And the levels of E - selectin in group B were also higher than that in group A. The E - selectin plasma concentrations correlated with the body mass index, waist -to -hipratio,triglyceride, high density lipoprotein, fasting plasma glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin and insulin resistance index. Conclusion Our results suggest thai increased E - selectin concentrations are related to hyperglycemia, insulin resistanee and obesity.
