对绍兴辖区船舶触损桥梁事故的思考

摘　　要：绍兴作为一座历史悠久的城市,以"水乡、桥乡"闻名遐迩。但同时,船舶触碰桥梁事故时有发生,造成了一定的经济损失、人员伤亡和不良的社会影响。文中根据近年来绍兴辖区数起船舶触损桥梁事故,通过分析原因,结合实际情况,把握关键性问题,提出了一些防范措施和解决对策。Shaoxing is a city with a long history, famous for its waterways and bridges. Collision accidents of ships against bridges took place sometimes, resulting in economic lost, injury and death of persons, and bad social image. This paper, through analysing the causes and real situation of the ship-bridge collision incidents happened in recent years in shaoxing, provides some proposals for preventive measures and control actions.
