摘  要:目的:探讨液压脑损伤后突触素在皮质区表达的动态变化。方法:应用液压脑损伤复制脑损伤动物模型,应用免疫组织化学和计算机图像分析技术定量分析皮质受损区突触素表达的动态变化,结果:突触素在皮质受伤区表达呈现两次高峰:分别为3~12h和15~30d,90d表达接近正常:结论:突触素在皮质受伤区第2次表达增高可能与脑的结构和功能恢复有关。急性期表达增高则可能与脑的直接损伤有关。Objective: To investigate the expression changes and the progression of immunoreactivity of synaptophysin in the cerebral cortex after fluid percussion brain injury. Methods: Rats were given a fluid percussion brain injury and the changes of synaptophysin at different times after fluid percussion brain injury were detected quantitatively with immunohistoehemistry and computerized image analysis. Results: Synaptophysin immunoreactivity presented two peaks after fluid percussion brain injury in the cerebral cortex. Transient increase was observed during (3-12) h, A second peak was observed at (15-30) d and synaptophysin immunoreactivity decrease to normal on 90 days after fluid percussion brain injury, Conclusion: The second increased expression of synaptophysin in the cerebral cortex concerned with recovery of constitution and function in the cerebral cortex, The early increase of expression of synaptophysin might be involved in the directly traumatic brain injury in the cerebral cortex.
