摘 要:目的:研究高压芒刺静电场(high-voltage prick electrostatic field,HVPEF)对肿瘤细胞增殖的抑制作用.,方法:分别以电压为6kV、10kV和14kV的HVPEF作用于体外培养的人肝癌细胞SMMC7721,绘制细胞生长曲线,并用MTT法和流式细胞术检测电场对细胞增殖的抑制效果。结果:HVPEF处理后,各实验组细胞生长受到不同程度抑制,细胞死亡率升高(P<0.01),细胞增殖活性分别降为对照组的75.7%、88.5%和72.2%,且存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:一定强度的高压芒刺静电场作用能够有效抑制肿瘤细胞增殖。Objective: To investigate the inhibited effect of high-voltage prickly electrostatic fields (HVPEF) on the proliferation of tumor cells. Methods: Human liver cancer cells SMMC7721 in vitro were processed in HVPEF with 6kV, 10kV and 14kV respectively, and growth curves of the tumor cells were determined. The MTT assay and Flow Cytometry were adopted to detect the inhibition of the cell proliferation. Results: After being treated by HVPEF, the growth of every experiment groups was inhibited and the mortality rates increased significantly (P〈0.01). Compared with the control group, the cell proliferation activity reduced to 75.7%, 88.5% and 72.2% respectively(P〈0.05 ). Conclusions: High-voltage prickly electrostatic field of certain intensity can effectively inhibit the proliferation of tumor cells.
