头孢类抗生素对6种G-致病菌的效价分析

摘  要:目的:调查头孢类抗生素对G^-致病菌的效价情况,为头孢类抗生素的合理使用提供临床资料。方法:从我院三代常用头孢类抗生素中随机选取7种共21种抗生素,采用平板培养纸片扩散K-B法检测对我院常见的G^-致病菌(铜绿假单胞菌、大肠埃希氏菌、鲍曼不动杆菌、产酸克雷伯菌、肺炎克雷伯菌和阴沟肠杆菌)的效价情况。结果采用阳性(+)、阴性(+)、可变(+/-)表示。结果:第一代头孢类抗生素的效价最低,第二代头孢类抗生素的效价整体居中,第三代头孢类抗生素的效价整体最好,但也有少数种类的效价低于第二代。结论:三代抗生素的对这六种常见致病菌的效价与代数成正比,但第三代头孢类抗生素的效价仍不够乐观。Objective: To provide the data resource for clinicians' rational proper usage of eel-antibiotics, and to analyze potency of three generations Cef-antibiotics on six pathogenic bacteria G^- in our hospital. Methods: Twenty-one Cef-antibiotics were chosen from three generations Cef-antibiotics with seven species every generation. The potency of these Cef-antibiotics on Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Escherichia coli, Baumanii, Klebsiella oxytoca, pneumonia Klebsiella oxytoca and Enterobacter cloacae were analyzed with K-B method in the plate cultivation. The results were scored as Positive (+), Negative (-),Variable (+/-). Results: The potency of the first generation Cefantibiotics on six pathogenic bacteria G^- was the lowest, and the potency of the third generation Cefantibiotics was the best. Conclusions: The potency of three generations Cefantibiotics on six pathogenic bacteria G^- was generations dependent. The potency of the third generation Cefantibiotics on the pathogenic bacteria G^- is not optimistic.
