摘 要:目的:建立电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测定太子参及其种植土壤中16种元素含量的方法。方法:采用微波消解处理样品,并考察了不同元素间相互干扰,采用ICP-AES同时测定16种元素。结果:对所测定元素的相对标准偏差(RSD)均小于4%,回收率在95%~104%之间,结果可信度高。结论:本研究所建立的方法具有简便、快速、准确、灵敏度高的优点。Objective: To establish an ICP-AES method for the determination of multiplex elements in Chinese Herb Taizishe and its growth soil. Methods: The samples were digested by closed-verse 1 microwave and 16 elements were assayed by ICP-AES. The mutual interferences of the 16 elements were studied in details. Results: For all of the elements analyzed, the relative standard deviations (RSD) were less than 4% and the recoveries of most elements were in the range of 95.0% and 104.0%. Conclusions: The method used in this study was convenient, fast, accurate and high sensitivity.
