摘　　要：本文综述了脑细胞增殖发生的主要区域和命运、影响脑细胞增殖的主要因素及脑细胞增殖在干细胞治疗中的应用前景与存在的问题等。Recent results showed that the nerve cell regeneration in adult central nervous system gradually became research hotspots. This paper reviewed the main area and fate in the brain cell proliferation and generation, the main influence factors of brain cell proliferation and its application prospect and existing problems in stem cell therapy.
