不同给药方法对白介素-2和α-干扰素致流感样不良反应发生率的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨不同给药方法对白介素-2（IL-2）和-干扰素（α-INF）致流感样不良反应发生率的影响。方法共10例患者，分别用数字1～10表示。给药方法：方法A（传统法）用药当日9：00静脉滴注IL-2时肌肉注射α-INF；方法B（改良法）用药当日9：00静脉滴注IL-2，21：00肌肉注射α-INF。1-5病例第1、3周采用传统法，第2、4周采用改良法；6～10病例第1、3周采用改良法，第2、4周采用传统法；总共用药200例次，2种方法各100例次。观察2种给药法对IL-2和α-INF致流感样不良反应发生率的影响，资料采用x^2检验。结果传统法发生74例次流感样不良反应，改良法24例次，两者比较x^2=50．02，P〈0．05；先使用改良法后再使用传统法共发生51例次流感样不良反应，先使用传统法后再使用改良法仅发生6例次，两者比较x^2=57．30，P〈0．05。结论临床上联合使用IL-2和α-INF，建议采用改良法以减少流感样不良反应发生率，此法对疗效无影响，值得推广。Objective To discuss the effect of different medication methods on interleukin-2 （IL- 2）and α-interferon（α-INF） related flu-like side effect. Methods The traditional method was to give intravenous injection of IL-2 and intramuscular Injection of α-INF simultaneously at 9：00 AM.The modified method was to inject IL-2 intravenously at 9：00 AM and α-INF intramuscularly at 21：00 PM. We chose 10 patients and gave traditional method in the first and third weeks and modified method in the second and 4th weeks for 5 patients.To the other 5 patients we gave reverse methods,that is , the modified method in the first and third weeks and traditional method in the second and 4th weeks.We carried out each method for 100 times and compared the incidence rates of flu-like side effect between the two medicaion methods. Results 74 patients using the traditional method and 24 patients using the modified method had flu-like side effect （X^2=50.02,P 〈 0.05）.51 patients had flu-like side effect by using modified method followed by traditional method while only 6 patients had it by adopting the traditional method followed by the modified method （X^2=57.30,P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion We suggested the use of modified method to reduce the inci- dence rate of interleukin-2 （IL-2）and ot-interferon（α-INF） related flu-like side effect.This method proved effective and worthy of clinical application.
