摘　　要：目的 了解目前社会上的心理咨询机构发展现状及咨询人员对心理咨询市场的看法。方法 采用半结构化访谈，逐一走访15家社会心理咨询机构，以频数统计和类属分析的方式分析访谈资料。结果 目前专职的心理咨询人员仅占21.4％，门诊咨询是主要的咨询方式，咨费多集中在80～150元／小时，咨询人员50％以上采用兼容取向的心理咨询技术，平均每个咨询机构月咨询量约53人次，咨询机构经营状况处于“非盈利”状态的占到60％以上，学生和30～45岁的成年人是咨询机构的主要客源。结论 目前心理咨询市场存在缺乏市场规范、咨询人员良莠不齐等问题。咨询师们强烈呼吁国家成立管理机构、出台相应政策法规规范心理咨询往业。Objective To investigate the condition of social counseling company and collect opinions of counselors about counseling industry. Method Investigated 15 counseling company and conversed with counselors, recorded the conversation, analyzed the record with descriptive techniques. Results The rate of specific counselor just 21.4%, clinical counseling was the major way, the counseling price was between 80 yuan per hour to 150 yuan per hour, more than 50% counselors used the integration counsel method. On average, every company received 53 persons per month. More than 60% companies were in the state of ＂no gain＂, students and peoples between 30 to 45 ages were main customers of these companies. Conclusion At the present, many problems like no rules in counseling business, the good and the bad counselors are intermingled exist in the counseling industry. Counselors request that the government establish management and formulate policies and rules to standardize the counseling industry.
