线性强化材料厚壁球壳的统一自增强分析

摘　　要：运用统一强度理论对承受内压的线性强化材料的厚壁球壳进行了自增强分析,得到了适用于多种材料的厚壁球壳弹性区与塑性区的应力分布、残余应力分布及合成应力分布的统一解析式。并根据厚壁球壳的安定性条件和合成应力分布分析得出了最佳弹塑性半径和最佳自增强内压的统一解析解。This paper makes the Autofrettage analysis of thick wall spherical shell of linear strength material based on unified strength theory. The stress distribution, residual stress distribution, the optimum elasto-plastic radius and optimum autofrettage pressure have been obtained by the analysis. The results in the reference are only the special solution. By using the unified strength theory, the more proper solution about different materials can be derived.
