不同日粮对鹅生长性能及部分激素含量的影响

摘　　要：本试验选取相同日龄的3周龄扬州鹅216只,随机分成6组,每组36只,公母各半,饲喂营养水平基本一致的日粮,研究不同日粮对鹅生长性能及部分激素含量的影响,结果表明:(1)不同日粮组鹅的体重在第4、9、10周龄虽存在一定差异,但差异不显著(P>0.05),在第5、6、7周龄时,部分组之间存在显著差异(P<0.05)或极显著差异(P<0.01);(2)不同日粮对鹅的胸宽、胸深、胸骨长等影响较小,但对体斜长、胫长及部分组织器官的生长有一定影响;(3)随着日粮中苜蓿、黑麦草和小麦麸含量的增加,T3浓度不断升高,当含量超过18%后T3浓度逐渐下降,T3/T4比值的变化与T3浓度的变化趋势一致。In order to study the effect of different diets on the growth performance and some hormone contents in goose, 216 Yangzhou geese of three-week-old were selected and divided into 6 groups which fed identical diets. The results showed that no significant effects of different diets on body weights in the geese of 4, 9 and 10 week-old geese but significant effects in the geese of 5, 6 and 7 week-old were observed. There were significant differences on length of body slope, the length of shin and some organic growth. The T3 content was increased as the increasing uses of alfalfa, ryegrass and wheat. However, the T3 content was gradually decreased after the ratio of these three gross was over 18%. The change of T3/T4 was similar to the tendency of T3 changes.
