摘 要:在小型流化床气化实验台上,利用空气作为气化剂,对稻壳进行了气化实验研究,利用臭氏分析仪和气相色谱对气化气成分进行分析。考察了不同气化温度、不同空气当量比对气体成分,产气率和气化效率的影响。结果表明,稻壳气化气中含有CO,N_2,H_2,CH_4,CO_2,C_(?)H_x等气体,升高气化温度会使产物气体的热值与气化效率增加,然而空气当量比增加导致产物气体的热值与气化效率降低。The gasification characteristics of rice hulls are performed on a fluidized bed, which was designed at the laboratory scale. The different product gases are analyzed by using Orsat apparatus and chromatographic analyzer. Then the relationships between different reaction conditions (excessive air coefficient and temperature) and parameters ( the composition of gasification gas, the heat value of the gas and the gasification efficiency, etc. ) are achieved. The results show that the main gas products are CO,N2 ,H2 ,CH4 ,CO2, CmHn and so on. With the rising of temperature, the heat value of the gas and the gasification efficiency go up ; however, with the increase of excessive air coefficient, the heat value of the gas and the gasification efficiency reduce.
