摘　　要：连云港港是连云港市的核心战略要素。连云港拥有建成"一体两翼"组合大港的多种港口资源。通过分析连云港海岸线、岛屿及入海河口的分布及特点,提出港口建设布局应以资源禀赋为基础,以促进区域共同发展为目标,科学规划、合理开发,做到深水深用,浅水浅用,扬长避短,协调发展。Lianyungang Port is the core strategic element of Lianyungang City that has diversified port resources for construction of＂One body, two wings＂ combined great port. Overall plan of the port＇s perspective development and the construction of new town and reasoning of the port＇s address, hydrology, wind, wave, tide and geology are essential in case of pity.
