摘　　要：中南大学湘雅二医院小儿肾脏病专科建于1987年3月．同年7月建立小儿肾脏病实验室，开设小儿肾脏病专科门诊，并相继开展小儿经皮肾穿刺检查、腹膜透析、血液透析、腹水白体回输及中西医结合治疗，治愈了数以万计的小儿肾脏病患者。1999年6月成立小儿肾脏病研究室，已拥有肾脏病理、肾脏免疫与分子生物学、细胞培养、生物工程实验室。The Division of Pediatric Nephrology of the second Xiangya Hospital, Central South University was established in March 1987 and dedicated to excellence in the clinical care, teaching and research in the field of pediatric nephrology. In July of the same year, the out-patient department for pediatric nephrology opened to the society and subsequently a set of lab tests and therapeutic strategies were carried out for the nephritic children successfully such as the renal biopsy by rapid percutaneous puncturation, peritoneal dialysis,hematodialysis, retransfusion of auto-hydroperitoneum, the therapeutic combination of Traditional Chinese Medicine with Western medicine.
