无张力疝修补术在腹股沟疝中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨无张力疝修补术在腹股沟疝中的临床应用价值。方法我院自2000～2007年应用无张力疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝病人102例，观察手术时间、伤口疼痛、术后自主功能的恢复、并发症及复发率。结果手术全部成功完成，平均手术时间58min，术后18例出现尿潴留，2例出现阴囊血肿，2例术后出现伤口的疼痛。术后7～9d出院，随访6～60个月未见复发病例。结论无张力疝修补术是治疗腹股沟疝的理想术式，具有手术安全、创伤小、痛苦小、术后恢复快、疗效满意和复发率低等优点。Objective To discuss the clinical value of tension - free herniorrhaphy in the inguinal hernia. Methods One hundred and two cases with inguinal hernia were treated with tension - free herniorrhaphy from 2000 to 2007 in the hospital. The operative time, postoperative pain, patient＇s ability of recovery, complications and recurrent rate were studied, Results All the cases were operated successfully. The mean operational time was 58 minutes. The post-operative complications were 18 cases of urinary retention and 2 cases of scrotal hydroceles. The average postoperative days were 7 - 9 days. The follow - up period ranged from 6 to 60 months and no recurrent case was observed. Conclusions Tension -free herniorrhaphy is a ideal method to inguinal hernia, which has many advantages, such as safety, micro - injury, short recovery time after operation, good effects, low recurrent rate.
