摘　　要：目的探讨结扎+瘤体部分切除治疗腕部假性动脉瘤方法的可行性。方法2004年5月～2007年2月应用结扎+瘤体部分切除的手术方法治疗4例腕部假性动脉瘤患者,观察手部血运及功能。结果随访4个月至3年,平均1年8个月,未见复发,患肢血运良好,肢体功能正常。结论应用结扎+瘤体部分切除的方法治疗腕部假性动脉瘤是可行的,治疗效果满意。Objective To investigate the result of therapy of pseudoaneurysm with ligation and part resection. Methods The curative effects in 4 patients with pseudoaneurysm from May 2004 to February 2007 treated in our department were retrospectively analyzed. Four clinical cases were treated by ligation and part resection. Results Fellowed-up averaged 1 year and 8 months （range,4 months-3 years）, there was no recurrent pseudoaneurysm and the limb function was good. Conclusion Ligation and part resection is reliable and effective to therapy of wrist pseudoaneurysm.
