摘　　要：目的寻求手部深度烧伤多个指骨外露的修复方法。方法在下腹部形成多个带真皮下血管网的薄皮瓣,修复多个指背皮肤缺损伴有肌腱及骨外露创面,供区直接拉拢缝合或游离植皮,观察皮瓣成活情况。结果本组9例中共形成小型皮瓣54个,52个皮瓣成活良好,48个外形满意,2个皮瓣因皮瓣蒂部扭转成活不良。结论采用多个真皮下血管网薄皮瓣修复手深度烧伤指骨外露创面,伤指不需并指、去脂、分指等多次手术,术后外形相对满意,是目前较理想的修复手烧伤的手术方法。Objective To explore the repair method of the deep burn hand with multiple phalanxes exposed. Methods We made multiple thin skin flaps with subdermal vascular plexus jn the lower abdomen to repair multiple back finger skin defect with tendon and bone exposed. The supply area may be sutured or covered by free skin graft. Results In 9 eases we made 54 small skin flaps, 52 of them survived well and 48 of them had satisfied outlook. Only 2 of them survived badly because the pedieles of the flaps were retorted. Conclusions We apply multiple thin skin flaps with subdermal vascular plexus to repair the deep burn hand with multiple phalanxes exposed. The wounded fingers don＇ t need to be combined together, removed fat and departed again. So the operation times are reduced. What＇ s more, the post-operation outlook is good. We think it is a perfect operation method to repair the deep burn hand.
