摘　　要：电力工业的市场化改革为电力系统的安全与调度带来了新的挑战,对与此相关的一些重要问题做了简要而系统的论述.主要包括:电力市场环境下的短期运行安全性问题,电力工业市场化后所引起的与系统运行功能有关的一些变化,电力市场环境下的电力系统调度,大型互联电力系统中的阻塞管理,多区域阻塞管理,发电投资不足所引起的长期运行安全问题,输电投资不足所引起的长期运行安全问题,电力市场环境下的电力设备检修计划.Power industry restructuring brings about new challenges to the security and dispatching of the power systems concerned.In this paper,a brief and systematic survey is made for several important topics associated with this subject,including short-term operating security problem in the electricity market environment,changes of system operating functions caused by the restructuring efforts,power system dispatching in the electricity market environment,congestion management in large-scale interconnected power systems,multi-area congestion management,long-term operating security problem caused by insufficient generation investment,long-term operating security problem caused by insufficient transmission investment,and maintenance scheduling of power equipments in the electricity market environment.
