摘 要:目的研究呼吸机内部气路管道系统的消毒方法,预防由其引起的呼吸机相关性肺炎等医院感染。方法按照《消毒技术规范》的要求,采集消毒前患者呼出气体和消毒后呼吸机尾气分别做细菌培养,比较菌落数差异。结果消毒前患者的呼出气体和消毒后呼吸机尾气的菌落数差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);采集不同的消毒时间,患者的呼出气体菌落数和呼吸机尾气的菌落数差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论该消毒方法对呼吸机内部气路管道系统的消毒效果良好,有利于减少医院感染发生,是一种快速、经济、安全、方便的消毒方法,临床实用性强。OBJECTIVE To study the method of disinfection for the internal gas pipelines system of ventilator, in order to prevent ventilator-associated pneumonia and other hospital infections. METHODS According to The Standards of Disinfection Technology, patients' expiratory air gases before disinfection and ventilator exhaust gases after disinfection were collected and taken bacterial culture, and then the difference in the colony number was compared. RESULTS There was significant difference between the colony number of patients' expiratory air gases before disinfection and ventilator exhaust gases after disinfection (P〈0. 01), and there was no significaut difference in the colony number during varions disinfecion time (P〉0. 05 ). CONCLUSIONS The method of disinfection is good for the internal gas pipelines system of ventilator, and help to decrease hospital infections, which is a fast, economic, secure, convenient method of disinfection, with strong clinical practical application.
