复春散Ⅱ号浸浴对瘢痕增生抑制作用的观察

摘　　要：目的观察烧伤后期复春散Ⅱ号浸浴对深度烧伤愈合后瘢痕增生抑制作用的疗效。方法将60例烧伤后期的病人随机分成实验组30例,使用0.2%复春散Ⅱ号浸浴,1次/日;对照组30例,常规0.02%苯扎溴胺浸浴,1次/日。分别于浸浴后1个月、3个月通过观察瘢痕的颜色、质地、厚度,对瘢痕增生的情况作一评价。结果实验组各时象的瘢痕组织增生要轻于对照组,瘢痕组织由增生期进入成熟期的时间实验组要早于对照组,瘢痕的颜色、硬度变化较瘢痕厚度更快。结论深度烧伤后期使用复春散Ⅱ号浸浴疗法能明显抑制瘢痕增生,促进瘢痕软化,有利于患者功能康复。Objetive To investigate the effect of inhibiting cicatrization with Fuchunsan Ⅱ dipping residual wound of thickness burn. Methods 60 patients with residual burn wounds were enrolled. Treatment group were dipped in 0.2% Fuchunsan Ⅱ, control group were dipped in 0.02% benzalkonium. The colour, rigidity and thickness of scar were observed after dousing therapy had been used 1 and 3 month. Results The result showed that improvement of the scar colour, decrease of the scar hardness and thickness in treatmental group was ahead of control. The recovery of the scar colour and hardness was ahead of the scar thickness. Conclusion Fuchunsan Ⅱ dipping residual wound of thickness burn has the effection of inhibitng cicatrizaion.
