摘　　要：介绍了立式油罐底板腐蚀状态的声发射在线检测技术的原理、方法和评价准则。对48台不同规格、不同介质油罐进行了底板的声发射在线检测与评价,对其中6台油罐进行了开罐后底板漏磁扫描检查。对比结果证明了声发射在线检测评价技术的准确性和可行性。The principles, methods and assessment rules of the online testing technique of acoustic emission of the corrosion state of the bottom plates of vertical oil tanks were presented. The online testing and assessment of the acoustic emission of the bottom plates for forty-eight oil tanks with different sizes and media were conducted, and a magnetic-flux-leakage scanning inspection of the bottom plates for six of the forty-eight oil tanks was performed. The comparison result shows the accuracy and feasibility of the online testing technique.
