摘　　要：张力减径机可调机架技术是近年发展的一项新技术,能够满足对钢管不同的外径公差要求。介绍了可调机架技术原理、快速换辊技术以及可调机架技术在宝山钢铁股份有限公司的应用实绩。实践证明,该技术在满足钢管用户对管材外径公差特殊要求的同时,能够减少张力减径机机架储备,降低生产成本。As a new technique developed over the recent years, the adjustable roll stand technique of the stretch-reducing mill is capable of satisfying requirements for different OD tolerances of the tube. Descried in the paper are the main aspects of the said technique, including the theory, quick roll-change process and the application examples of the adjustable roll stand technique in Baoshan Iron ＆ Steel Co., Ltd. Relevant operation practice shows that the said technique not only satisfies special customer requirements for tube OD tolerances, but also enables reduction of quantities in stock of both the spare stands and operation costs.
